FLAG WAR RULES
Celebrate Service Week 2025
- Cannot take flags home
- Need to be hidden within your departments Offices only!
- Cannot be locked in any draws or cabinets
- Think smart about how to get a flag from your rival teams
- Whatever department has their own flag left and the most other team’s flags by Friday 20th June 1:pm, wins the competition and the prize.
- No violence
T&C’s – Once you have hid your flag please send a picture of this to Martyn (FLAG KEEPER)gm@hicorby.com No later than 02:00am Tuesday Morning this will give all teams plenty of time to hide their flags. Once Hidden cannot be moved.

Monday the 16th of June will start our CSW 2025.
On this day will start nominations for Staff Party Awards also we will get to choose our favourite lunch wich will be served on Friday 20th of June.
We will have a quiz at lunch time-- 11.30am-- and a quiz at dinner time--5.00pm-- teams or individusls all welcome make sure you are in time for the quiz in the Little Diamond Suite.
Flag competion will start today and will go on for the entire week -- Rules to follow.
As you can see below this is the planner for our CSW starting on Monday 16th of June.
The Little Diamond will be our Hub for the week.

Celebrate Service Week
This years celebrate service week will commence on Monday 16th June to 22nd June 2025.
We have lots of plans for you all to enjoy which we will share with you very soon, so please keep an eye out for the planner.
Remember you don't have to be on shift to take part, you are more than welome to come in on your day off & get involved.
Staff Party
On Sunday 29th June we are throwing you all a Black Tie themed staff party, this is to thank you all for your hard work. There will be arrival drinks, a hog roast, awards, disco & a photo booth.
We look forward to seeing you all there dressed up in your finest.

Here is an update on your incentive coins now that quarter 2 has finished ????, in total 501 coins have been achieved which is fantastic, this equates to 25 PS5’s being issued/close to £3.5k in cash or 31 Amazon fire tablets. Each department has achieved coins so far this year which is brilliant ????.
I will be emailing your HOD’s with a list of who has how many coins, please ask your HOD how many you have so you can collect your chocolate coins, redeem a reward or simply continue to add coins to your total.
I know that Heartbeat needs to improve and as it does more coins will be achieved when the targets are hit, so let’s get these scores up so you can add to your totals for the next 6 months ????.
We already have a team member who has achieved 25 coins after 6 months and has put their order in for a PS5.

Team Member Incentive Programme
Dog Policy - Currently being revised but at present dogs are allowed to walk through the lobby to the guest room booked. Outside areas also available for dogs (which must be kept under control of owner). New revision will include dog friendly area of the lobby but that is not yet finalised.
