We accept £ sterling in currency and all sterling travellers cheques. Credit Cards are Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron, Amex and Diners. All cheques must be accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card.

Pets
Small dogs are allowed at the Manager's discretion and a housekeeping charge applies Guide dogs are welcome at the hotel.
Disabled
We have one accessible room on the ground floor and two on the first. The hotel has an accessible front door leading direct into the lounge foyer area. Both restaurants are also wheelchair accessible.
Special diets
We cater for the majority of special diets, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in our lounge and restaurants.
Children and families
Children of all ages are welcome. A limited number of interconnecting rooms for family use are available. Children under 18 are free when sharing with two adults. Meals are charged as follows - Children under 13 eat free. Cots and high chairs are available.
What is and what is not included in the price
All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the ruling rate. There is no service charge and gratuities are at the customer's discretion.

Earliest check-in is 14.00 - latest check-out is 12.00.
